1. Services
PrimePixel Web provides services including Website Development, Website Maintenance, Landing Page Development, Portfolio Websites, Business Websites, UI/UX Design, and Digital Solutions.
2. Project Confirmation
A project is considered confirmed once both parties agree on the scope of work, pricing, and delivery timeline.
3. Payment Terms
50% advance payment is mandatory before starting any project. The remaining 50% payment must be completed before final project delivery. No project work will begin before receiving the advance payment. Advance payments are strictly non-refundable once the project has been initiated.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the time, planning, development, and resources involved in digital services, advance payments are non-refundable once the project work has started.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing correct business information, logos, images, content, approvals, and necessary access credentials required for project completion.
6. Access & Credentials
PrimePixel Web may require temporary access to client accounts such as Gmail or other platforms for project-related setup and integrations. Such access will remain confidential and only used for project-related work.
7. Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions may be provided during the project timeline. Major additional changes outside the agreed scope may involve extra charges.
8. Third-Party Platforms
PrimePixel Web may integrate third-party platforms including hosting providers, payment gateways, domains, APIs, and external tools.
9. Website Maintenance
Maintenance services may include basic technical support, security monitoring, backups, updates, and bug fixes as covered under the maintenance plan.
10. Intellectual Property & Marketing
Client-owned content remains the property of the client. However, PrimePixel Web reserves the right to feature the completed website on our portfolio, social media channels, and marketing materials for advertisement purposes without requiring prior permission. We guarantee that no private, sensitive, or backend data will be shared—only the public-facing front view of the website will be showcased.
11. Limitation of Liability
PrimePixel Web shall not be held responsible for business losses, third-party downtime, hosting issues, domain verification delays, or client-side credential/security issues after handover.
12. Changes to Terms
PrimePixel Web reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
